How it works
Common questions
That’s totally fine. Plenty of athletes work with me to build general fitness, stay healthy, or just train more intentionally. We’ll set goals together that make sense for where you are.
The coaching is identical. The 6-month plan is for runners who know they’re in it for a full training block (a marathon cycle, a comeback season, etc.) and want to lock in a lower rate. Month-to-month lets you start without committing — cancel anytime.
We adjust. If you’re sidelined for a stretch, we can pause or shift focus to cross-training and recovery. Coaching through setbacks is part of the work.
A GPS watch (Garmin, Coros, Apple Watch, etc.) helps a lot since we use the data to adjust your training, but it’s not required. We can make it work either way.
